Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the stream to remove invasive or non-native vegetation. The proposed program includes inspection of the stream at least twice a year for the purpose of identifying and removing invasive plant and tree species to allow recruitment of native species. Hand tools and herbicides will be used, and all work will occur outside bird breeding season.
