Document Description
Pursuant to the January 2004 Imminent and Substantial Endangerment Order the Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) shall complete a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) of the site and implement necessary remedial actions to mitigate conditions identified in the RI/FS. During the course of conducting the RI/FS , DTSC identified uncontrolled areas containing hazardous concentrations of lead, cadmium and dioxin.
