Document Description
This project consists of placing a maximum of 150,000 cy of sand at the Encinitas Beach site, located in South Carlsbad State Beach. The maximum proposed fines content of the material is 25% of fines during winter placement. The project may include 3 separate delivery dates. The intent of the project is to take advantage of excess beach compatible graded material from a construction site and use it as an ongoing localized beach replenishment source.
