Alter the streambed and banks through the routine annual maintenance of 5.16 acres of soft-bottom chanel within Peters Canyon Wash located between Interstatea-5 and Walnut Avenue. Proposed maintenance activities consists of sediment removal, vegetation clearing, and invasive weed control to the extent that is necessary to maintain flood control capacity of the channel.
