Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 23 square feet of SEZ restoration credit and the assignment of 23 square feet of Class 1-3 restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel where pressure regulator valve switch stations will be replaced. The transfer and assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
