Shea Homes is proposing to rezone the approximately 8.73-acre 505 East Evelyn Avenue site from Sylvan-Dale Precise Plan P(30) to Multiple Family Residential (R3-22). The proposed Legislative Action would include a General Plan Amendment to designate the property Medium Density Residential from its current designation of General Industrial. The project site is within the Sylvan-Dale Precise Plan Area, which is proposed to be rescinded at this time as part of the Legislative Action for the project.
