The proposed City of Rancho Cordova General Plan would replace the existing General Plan, which the City adopted from Sacramento County upon incorporation in July 2003. The City's proposed General plan and associated land use map would generate additional residential, commercial, office, and recreational uses throughout the entire General Plan Planning Area and include substantial improvements to the roadway system.
