The proposed project involves the development and implementation of the Lower Guadalupe River (LGR) Trail Master Plan. The master plan provides for the development of a 6.2 mile multi-use recreational and commuter trail within and along the LGR, through the improvement of existing maintenance roads and appurtenant to flood protection facilities.
