Project consists of construction of up to 42,000 square foot ice rink/multipurpose facility. Building will include a regulation sized ice rink, concession area, media rooms, ticket sales and skate rental area. During off season periods (non winter) the rink could be utilized as a venue for concerts and related activites. Project includes refrigeration and related equipment in enclosed structure(s). In association with new improvements, modifications to existing park facilities and access improvements to site and new structure are included.
