Document Description
The project proposes (1) a General Plan amendment to change the land use and zoning on the site to Specific Plan and (2) a specific development project. The proposed project would allow for the demolition of the existing hotel and redevelopment of the site with a residential development of up to 251 units, a new hotel of up to 263 rooms that would include up to 3,000 square feet of auxilary commercial/retail uses.
