Document Description
Approval of a Final Map Subdivision of approximately 9.1 acres into eleven (11) lots ranging from 20,318 to 29,682 sf, with Lot 5 being an approximate 2.9 acres. A Wetland Determination has identified wetlands at the northern portion of the site. The lots will be served by community water and sewer services. The project will be accessed from Cochran Road, and the project includes improvements on Cochran Road, as well as improvements fro the emergency access.
