Document Description
A Final Map Subdivision of approximately 9.1 acres into 11 residential lots ranging from 20,318 to 29,682, with Lot 5 being an approximate 2.9 acres. A Wetland Determination has identified wetlands at the northern portion of the site. The lots will be served by community water and sewer. The project proposes an underground stormwater facility within the internal access road Landis Court. The subdivision will site the existing single family residence and second dwelling unit onto Lot 1.
