Document Description
The Project consists of developing an active adult residential housing community and amenities with phased development occurring over a 10-year period. The total project area is 3,322 acres, with development occurring on 1,572 acres. The Project includes approximately 881 acres of residential development, 214 acres for an 18-hole golf course, and approximately 32 acres for commercial development. Ancillary uses include 17 acres for parks and recreation facilities, 26 acres for a recreational facility, 11 acres for fire and other emergency services. Other infrastructure, streets, and fill slopes comprise approximately 568 acres. In addition, 1,572 acres of land will be set aside as naturally maintained open space.
