The project consists of a Specific Plan proposed for a site for approximately 3,200 acres located immediately west of I-5, approximately 8 miles north of the City of Red Bluff, in unincorporated Tehama County. The proposed Specific Plan would allow development of the project site as a master planned mixed-use community including residential, commercial, open space, and public facilities uses.
