Present Land Use
The 3.65 acre parcel is currently vacant. The frontage along Highway 299 was one of the deciding factors for the commercial zoning and land use designation. There is a small intermittent creek, Schoolhouse Creek, which travels through the southeast corner of proposed Parcel 3. A 50' non-buildable Streamside Management Area (SMA) will be established through the recordation of a Development Plan for this subdivision. All three proposed parcels have demonstrated on-site sewage disposal capabilities and future development will be served by community water by the Willow Creek Community Services District. Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision to create three commercial parcels from one 3.65-acre parcel. Parcels 1 and 2 will be 1 acre in size and Parcel 3 will be 1.65 acres. The existing parcel is currently vacant. Access to the new parcels will be gained either from Enchanted Springs Lane or the private access easement that runs along the western property line. The parcels will be served by community water and on-site sewage disposal.
