Present Land Use
The 3.65 acre parcel is currently vacant. The frontage along Highway 299 was one of the deciding factors for the commercial zoning and land use designation. There is a small intermittent creek, Schoolhouse Creek, which travels through the southeast corner of proposed Parcel 3. A 50' non-buildable Streamside Management Area (SMA) will be established through the recordation of a Development Plan for this subdivision. All three proposed parcels have demonstrated on-site sewage disposal capabilities and future development will be served by community water by the Willow Creek Community Services District. Z: Community Commercial (C-2) GP: Commercial Services (CS)
