The project includes the development of a new 199-unit; 4-5 story market rate housing project with an associated 7,080 sf club house and outdoor pool area. Construction also would include new parking areas, lighting, landscaping, and pedestrian gathering areas for an undeveloped site. The City of Rancho Cordova prepared an addendum to the previously adopted Capital Village MND to evaluate impacts incurred by the Bridgeway Square Capital Village MND and that no further review was necessary.
