Document Description
The applicants request Zone Change approval to rezone a +/- 7.83-acre portion of a 24.04 acre parcel from R-R-B-40 (Rural Residential Agricultural, with 40-acre minimum parcel sizes) and M-H (Heavy Industrial) to Res-1 (Single Family Residential) and M-M (Light Industrial). A 5.33 acre portion of the 7.83 acre project would be rezoned from R-R-B-40 and M-H to Res-1, to facilitate a concurrent Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA-04-26). The remaining 2.5 acre portion would be rezoned from M-H to M-M.
