Document Description
The project proposes the subdivision of a 20.7-acre site into 10 parcels for commercial, light industrial, and office uses. On five of the parcels (10.58 acres) a 59,800 sq. ft. large retail store, two retail buildings (one 13,200 sq. ft. and one 6,500 sq. ft.) and two 3,500 sq. ft. fast food restaurant buildings are proposed. There is no development proposed on the other four parcels (5.07 acres). The last parcel (3.26 acres) is designated to retain the existing wetlands.
