The Proposed Project would occupy a 1/4 block in downtown Lincoln, and be four stories. The project also includes a Civic Center Overlay Zone for 1.5 blocks, including the project building site, which would allow for buildings of up to 75 feet, instead of the current limit of 50 feet.
