NOTE: Document is a Notice of Preparation for a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report.
Trunk line improvements were one component of the overall project that was not fully analyzed in the Program EIR. Therefore, preparation of a Supplemental EIR will be necessary to review the project for consistency with the Program EIR, and to address environmental issues associated with the two project alternatives (Alternatives 1 and 2) that are currently being proposed by the City. In general, both of the proposed sewer trunk line alternatives would connect the existing City sewer collection system to the new WWTP.
