Document Description
This EIR has been prepared to examine the potential environmental impacts associated with the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the existing historic facilities and construction of new facilities for use of the site as a public community space that would include outdoor recreational areas and an event/ meeting center at 415 Pacific Coast Highway. The proposed project would include the following features: beach cafe, pool, area/entry pavilion, restroom building, pool house, event house, beach recreational area, north house and parking and access.
