The proposed project consists of the installation of a water treatment system to remove iron and manganese at the San Juan Road well site. The proposed treatment system will be located within a 640 square foot area on the San Juan Road well site, and will include the following: installation of manganese dioxide pressure filters, filter media, an automatic backwashing system, backwash recycling and disposal, and building enclosure.
