Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to grant easements to Three Valleys Municipal Water District for two pipeline crossings for the purpose of groundwater recharge. The permanent easements are granted subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Permanent Easement Deeds. Metropolitan requires installation and construction or reconstruction plans be submitted for review and written approval.
