Document Description
The project proposes to relocate onsite an existing historic house (1,400 sq. ft. after removal of interior second floor) and construct a 6,400 sq. ft. addition and 800 sq. ft. attached garage. The final house would be 7,800 sq. ft. An historic storage and guesthouse building would be relocated onsite and a non-historic carport would be demolished. Additional development would include approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of raised deck and a 16 ft. by 46 ft. pool and 125 sq. ft. cabana/pool equipment building.
