Plains Exploration and Production Company (PXP) proposes to decommission the Lompoc Oil and Gas Plant (LOGP) to Stubblefield Valve 6-inch idle gas pipeline. The pipeline is approximately 11 miles long with some segments being abandoned in place and some segments removed; all segments associated with creek crossings will be removed.
