Document Description
The County of Santa Barbara and the City of Goleta propose to construct a 1.4 mile bikeway along Kellogg Avenue, the San Jose Creek Channel, and Highway 217, between Hollister Avenue and the existing Atascadero Creek bike path near Goleta Beach County Park. From Hollister Avenue to South Street, the project is within the City of Goleta. From south of South Street, the Atascadero Creek bike path, the project lies within the County of Santa Barbara.
