Document Description
The proposed modified Project includes the development and operation of a two-story, approximately 80-unit (160 beds) student housing facility and associated amenities at the existing Porterville College campus. The proposed modified Project will provide affordable housing options to their existing student body. Construction will take approximately 24 months to complete. The modified Project is not expected to increase the student or faculty population at the College or create unanticipated population growth in the area.
