Document Description
The proposed project would consist of 238 dwelling units on 10.4 acres of land, which equates to a density of 22.9 dwelling units per acre (du/ac). This density is consistent within the General Plan's prescribed density of 12.1-24.0 du/ac for multi-family residential development. The proposed apartment complex would include 17 three-story apartment buildings and three one-story recreation buildings. The buildings would feature tile roofs, stucco exteriors, stucco covered wood trim, wood siding, decorative wood brackets, and wrought iron railings. Ten floor plans would be available, ranging from 1 bedroom/1 bathroom to 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. Amenities included in the project would be a community multi-purpose room, business center, fitness center, pool, spa, demonstration kitchen, tot lot, par course, outdoor fireplace, barbeque area with multiple grills and picnic benches, and a large open lawn area. The proposed project would provide a total of 522 parking spaces on-site: 238 garage spaces, 140 carport spaces, and 144 open spaces. The buildings would be 40 feet in height.
