Document Description
Sommerville-Conzelman Development is proposing to construct a 187-unit complex on an 8.39-acre parcel, which equates to a density of 22.3 dwelling units per acre. The project would consist of 17 buildings: 9 two-story structures, 4 three-story structures, and 4 two- and three-story structures. Amenities including a pool, spa, multi-purpose room, barbeque area, par course, small fitness room, business center, outdoor fireplace, demonstration kitchen, bocce ball court and a 15-foot by 50-foot open lawn would be provided. A total of 410 parking spaces will be provided on the property.
