- The proposed project includes the removal of a total of 26 protected Coast Live Oak trees (ranging from 6" to 13" in diameter) and 8 Monterey Pines, associated with the construction of a new 3,738 sf two-story single family dwelling with a footprint of approximately 2,836 sf. Four of the Oaks (ranging from 10" to 13" in diameter) are located within the Pebble Beach Company right of way and are counted toward the overall total tree removal for the project. These trees are within the proposed driveway alignment. Seven Oaks of less than 6" will also be removed, in addition 2 dead Monterey Pines will be removed. Grading for this project is less than 100 cubic yards.
