The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- FRE-46265-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The Project involves the replacement of existing culvert structures on SR 41 at Laguna Ditch, Camden Ditch, Big B Ditch, and construction of a new single-span, concrete, two-lane bridge over Murphy Slough. The Project is part of a larger transportation project in which Caltrans will convert the existing two-lane expressway into a four-lane expressway.
