Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Parcel Map to allow for the creation of four detached, two-story condominiums (3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 vehicle garage) on a 26,684 sf lot. Four guest parking spaces would be provided on site. An eight foot, landscaped block wall is proposed to replace an existing corrugated metal fence on the western property line a six foot block wall is proposed for the north and east property line. Ornamental landscaping is proposed throughout the parcel including a new landscaped front yard area. A twenty-six foot wide private driveway and fire lane is proposed providing ingress/egress on to Alondra Boulevard. Vehicles exiting the subject property will be restricted to a right turn only onto Alondra Boulevard due to an existing roadway island.
