Document Description
The project includes the installation of a 36-inch storm water outfall on the south embankment within the channel Arroyo del Valle. The channel will be dewatered. On the south embankment an area approximately 10 feet by 20 feet will be excavated for the outfall structure and rip rap. An additional 5-foot wide by 50-foot long trench will be excavated for the storm line leading from the development to the outfall. All channel work will be performed from the top of the bank. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0872-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lynn Jansen of Lynden Homes.
