Document Description
Project consists of extension of an existing SDG&E powerline to bring electricity to the modular building serving as Cuyamaca Rancho State Park Interim Visitors Center. The project will extend the existing powerline by one pole crossing Cold Stream Creek to the east near the modular building. Another smaller pole for the electrical meter will be installed just north of the building. Trenching (24" depth) will extend from this smaller pole to the building. The large and small powerline poles will be sited to avoid the need to trim oak trees in the vicinity. An archeologist will be on-site to monitor all excavation/trenching activities to avoid significant impacts to cultural resources.
