Westlands will deliver up to 5,000 a.f. of its CVP Water to lands in TLBWSD owned by Newton Farms and Hansen Ranches. TLBWSD will deliver a like amount of its Table A Water to Westlands lands owned by Newton Farms and Vista Verde Farms. The exchange will be completed by December 31, 2005.
