Document Description
The Operator proposes to install a freespan bridge over an unnamed tributary to the Napa River at 1500 Manley Lane in Rutherford, Napa County. The new crossing will provide improved property across for the owner and fire reponse teams. A 12-foot wide super-span structure steel plate bridge with a low profile arch will be constructed over the tributary. The bridge will have concrete footings and a rock head wall on the banks of the tributary. SAA #1600-2004-0709-3.
