The project will consist of inspection and repairs to the ozone contactor effluent, plant main influent manifolds, and ozone influent channel. The Project will also consists of modifications to the ammonia diffuser, and the installation of channel lining and an injector for a new fluoride system. Shutdown activities will take place within the Mills Plant.
