Document Description
This project will issue a right of entry permit to Mr. Finn Schmidt to allow access across a small corner of State property at Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park (SHP). The permit will grant Mr. Schmidt and his legal tenants permission to enter through a State Park gate and utilize a portion of existing paved and gravel road, approximately 120 feet of roadway, to access Mr. Schmidt's property adjacent to Marshal Gold Discovery SHP.
