The Baldwin Park Operable Unit (BPOU) is one of the areas requiring cleanup under the Superfund laws. This project includes, as put forth in the BPOU Performance Standards Evaluation Plan, two-groundwater monitoring piezometers to be installed at the LPVCWD's Puente Avenue facility site in Baldwin Park.
