Document Description
The project is the modification of the Duke Energy Moss Landing Power Plant Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit). The existing Permit allowed Duke Energy to store and treat hazardous waste in three surface impoundments. This modification involves; (1) the addition of two new waste streams to the surface impoundments generated from the new Units 1&2 Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) and (2) revising the Statistical Evaluation Plan and Proposed Concentration Limits of the Groundwater Monitoring Plan.
