Document Description
The Mills Chlorine Containment and Handling Facilities Project will consist of a new chlorine storage building, which will house four chlorine truck trailers, a new evaporator room addition chlorine building, and a chlorine scrubbing system to neutralize an accidential release of chlorine in the storage buildings and/or expand chlorine building. No additional treatment capacity is being added as part of this project.
