Document Description
The Valero Benicia Refinery has discontinued operation of Berth 2 at its Marine Oil Terminal and is planning to dismantle and remove all Valero-owned equipment from the dock, including petroleum pipelines and out-of-service sanitary sewer lines. Spill containment and cleanup equipment will be in place prior to initiation of any dismantling activities and will be maintained on-site throughout the duration of the project.
