Acquisition of remaining 2/3 interest in an approximately 32.55 acre parcel of land (APN 865-02-003) within the boundaries of the Henry W. Coe State Park, to consolidate full DPR-ownership of the property. The property will remain in its existing natural condition, with appropriate protection for cultural resources contained with the property boundaries, until such time as a cultural resource inventory and management plan is prepared, including completion of the CEQA/NEPA project evaluation and public review process, and approved by DPR. The property will become part of the Henry W. Coe State Park.
