The Evergreen well will be drilled on the Northeast corner of Evergreen Road and Acorn Drive in the City of Wrightwood, California. The Evergreen Well is a replacement well for the Buford Well #2, which will be removed from service. As a replacement well, the Evergreenwell is therefore, exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements.
