Construct new ADA-compliant comfort station (CS), replacing existing non-historic restroom building in the Rio Del Mar area of Seacliff State Beach. Demolish existing restroom and surrounding paving. Conduct archival research and geotechnical testing in immediate project area to determine allowable bearing pressures; foundation support criteria (including seismic considerations); site grading; and drainage/ subdrainage recommendations for use in design and construction.
