Document Description
The Materials Science Laboratories Projects Phase 1 and Phase 2 will develop approximately 4,800 sf of research lab and lab support space in an existing building which was formerly used for semiconductor manufacturing. The project will implement a portion of the 2300 Delaware Avenue Project, which was analyzed in the 2005 LRDP EIR and approved by the UCSC Chancellor in Feb 2007.
