Document Description
The proposed project is the 2005 Long-Range Development Plan (2005 LRDP) for the University of California, Santa Cruz. The University anticipates that enrollment at the UC Santa Cruz campus would increase to approximately 21,000 students. The 2005 LRDP proposes a building program and a land use plan to support the projected growth in campus population and to enable expanded and new program initiatives. The 2005 LRDP allows 4.1 million gross square feet of additional academic and support space and housing. Also proposed are three individual projects planned under the 2005 LRDP: Infrastructure Improvements, Family Student Housing Redevelopment and 2300 Delaware Avenue.
