The Land Use Map in the Brentwood General Plan designates the entire project site as Residential - Low Density (L), and also indicates two Future Proposed Parks, an Elementary School, and a Future Fire Station to be located on the project site. The project site is zoned Planned Development 46 (PD-46).
Document Description
The Barrington project will develop a 160-acre site for residential and associated uses. An existing storm detension basin will be enlarged to approximately 7.8 acres. An existing storm water detention will be enlarged to approximately 7.8 acres. An existing 3,850 foot-long drainage will be filled along the east side of the site. The drainage ends on site and collects and conveys agricultural and natural run off from the site which is pumped and recirculated for on site use. SAA #1600-2005-0499-3.
