The project consists of a 494-unit residential subdivision, 7.8-acre storm water detention basin, development of a 12-acre elementary school, a 1.1-acre fire station facility, three neighborhood parks totaling 7.8 acres, and recreation trails as well as the infrastructure improvements necessary to accommodate the new development.
